Admission

Al-Ameen College of Pharmacy offers B.Phram, D.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D and Ph.D. courses.
Candidates who have passed 10+2 in science stream can apply for admissions to undergraduate courses.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy for admission to postgraduate courses.
Admissions to UG and PG courses are merit-based while admissions to Ph.D. are based on the Personal Interview round by the college.

Al-Ameen College of Pharmacy D.Pharm, B.Pharm and Pharm.D Admission 2024

Candidates must have passed the two-year Pre-University Course (PUC) examination of the Karnataka PUC Board or an equivalent examination of any other approved board or university with at least 40% marks in any combination of PCM, PCB, PCMB, or PC with Computer Science, Electronics, Information Science, or Biotechnology in order to be considered for admission to the D.Pharm, B.Pharm, and Pharm.D. programs.

In addition to the second B.Pharma subjects, candidates who have passed the D.Pharma course approved by the Pharmacy Council of India will be admitted directly to the second B.Pharma course, 10% above the authorized intake. These candidates will be required to study statistics, computer science, and mathematics from the first B.Pharma course.

For admission to a B.Pharma program, students who fall under the SC/ST or category I categories must receive at least 35% of their points in PUC or an equivalent exam from another recognized board or university.
Admission to B.Pharm programs is also available to those who have passed the qualifying exams as listed by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
Candidates who have taken the PCMB combination will be admitted based on the higher of the PCM or PCB aggregates.
In order to be eligible, the candidate must have been born on or before December 31, 1993.

Library / Information Centre :The college has an excellent library which acts as an information centre to students who seeks information. It is provided with comfortable seating and reading environment with natural lighting. The central library provides its service to the user community through seven well equipped departmental libraries and two hostel libraries.
Seminar hall :The college has a fully furnished seminar hall with a seating capacity of 70 people. The seminar hall is equipped with audio visual equipments like slide and film projectors, video projectors and cameras, tv, VCR’s, LCD, built-in audio systems, pull down screens and public address systems with cordless microphones.
Ladies room :The college has a beautifully decorated ladies room where the girls will be working at their assignments. It is not only for working purpose, it also serves as a refreshments as well.
Hostel : The college provides hostel facilities to both boys and girls. The hostels are centrally located and provide a good and safe atmosphere for both boys and girls. The hostel has been designed in a way to make students comfortable and feel at home. The residents have access to medical aid and counselling inside the hostel premises.
